Fly Flat Campground features 14 camp units, drinking water (June-October), and vault toilets. Please comply with the Pack it In Pack it Out refuse policy. Attractions include fishing in wild trout waters, St. Joe Wild and Scenic River, and the Fly Creek Trailhead.

No. Fly Flat Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through fs.usda.gov.
Access 1: From Avery, Idaho take the St. Joe River Road (Forest Highway 50) 30 miles east to the campground entrance. Access 2: From St. Regis, Montana take the Little Joe Road (#282) to the Idaho border where it becomes Gold Creek Road (#388). Turn left on the St. Joe River Road (Forest Highway 50) and proceed 3 miles to the campground entrance.
