How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all personal data yourself at terrainkit.app/delete-account - no app required. Reviews and photos are erased; campsites you added stay on the map but are no longer linked to you.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, so cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. It’s self-serve, you never have to email us. Deleting your account does not cancel billing.

Do offline maps really work with no signal?

Yes. Download a region while you have data and the map, search and your saved spots all keep working when the bars run out. No connection needed.

Is TerrainKit accurate for big rigs?

Sites carry height, length and clearance notes from the community, and every check-in records the rig it came from. So a listing tells you the biggest thing that has actually gotten in there. Always eyeball the final approach, but you’ll rarely get surprised. Our trip planner in the Pro version can route around low bridges and tight turns, too.

Check-ins, photos and closure reports come from people actually out there. Most popular spots see updates within days, and you can report changes in seconds.
