Murphy Creek Campground is located 14 miles up from the north end of the Greys River Road at Alpine. Ten campsites are available and there is a 16 day stay limit. Sites accommodate trailers up to 30 feet with one 70 ' pull-through. Water is available as well as a vault toilet; no hookups are provided. Free Motor Vehicle Use Maps help visitors know more about those kinds of opportunities and are available at Forest Service Offices or for download from our website. From the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, head east on Greys River Road /Forest Service Road 10138 (FS-10138) and follow it for approximately 8 miles. Bear right at the junction staying on FS-10138 and follow it southeast for an additional 5.8 miles, then turn right on FS-10092 into Murphy Creek Campground. Approximate travel details from the Town of Afton: 14 miles, 24 minutes.
