Moose Flat Campground is located along the Greys River, 22 miles from the north end of the Greys River Road. Ten campsites accommodate trailers up to 30 feet long; visitors are limited to a 14 day stay. Pearson Creek Trailhead, which begins with a river ford, is adjacent to campground. Potable water via a hand pump and vault toilets are both available.

From the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, head east on Greys River Road /Forest Service Road 10138 (FS-10138) and follow it for approximately 8 miles. Bear right at the junction staying on FS-10138 and follow it southeast for an additional 14 miles. Turn right into the entrance of Moose Flat Campground then take and stay straight to access Moose Flat Campground. Approximate travel details from the Town of Alpine: 23 miles, 38 minutes.
