Nestled among the big pines near the heart of the Maury Mountains this isolated campground is the perfect get away from busy civilization. ; Though there are few recreational activities branching directly from the campground, Double Cabin Pond is just a short walk away, and Antelope Flat Reservoir is just a short drive from the campground.

Yes. Double Cabin Campground is free to use. It is managed by the USFS.

How do I get to Double Cabin Campground?

From Prineville: Travel 32 miles southeast on Highway 380. Turn south onto Forest Service Road 16 and continue approximately 12 miles. Turn north onto Forest Service Road 16-350 and continue to the campground. The campground is located less than one mile from the last junction.

What are the rules at Double Cabin Campground?

There is a 14 day stay limit on all National Grassland and US Forest Service land including but not limited to campgrounds and other developed facilities.
