Dispersed campsites located along Santeetlah Creek. Each campsite has a fire ring, picnic table and lantern post. There is a fourteen day stay limit within a 30 day period at each campsite.

Yes. Santeetlah Creek Dispersed Camping is free to use. It is managed by the USFS. It is a dispersed area, so there are no hookups, no water and no trash service unless a report below says otherwise.
From Robbinsville, take Highway 129 North for 1¿¿ miles to the junction with Highway 143 West (Massey Branch Road). Turn left on Highway 143 and travel approx. 5 miles to a stop sign. Turn right and drive for approx. 7.3 miles and bear to the left at the junction of Santeetlah Gap onto the gravel road FSR 81. Campsites are located along both side or FSR81.
