Located 40 minutes west of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Sunset Campground provides 64 camp sites and a camp host. These campsites include picnic tables, and fire rings. All 64 camp sites provide RV parking (although there are no hook-ups available) and two of the campsites are ADA accessible. There are three renovated restrooms, one for each loop, with electric flush toilets, running water, and automatic hand dryers. Nearby, the Lake of the Woods Resort offers dining options, boat rentals, and basic supplies. Sunset also has a day use area, tucked in next to the campground and ideal for boating. Besides its picnic tables, boat ramp, and boat trailer parking spaces, there is a compact, gravelly beach perfect for swimming. The day use area is a great spot for campers and non-camping friends to meet up for a day of water recreation on Lake of the Woods. From Klamath Falls, OR: Sunset Campground is located 40 minutes west of Klamath Falls, Oregon. From Klamath Falls, take Oregon Highway 140 west toward Medford, Oregon, for approximately 33 miles and then turn left onto Dead Indian Memorial Road. Sunset Campground will be located on the right side of the road. From Medford, OR: Sunset Campground is located one hour east of Medford, Oregon. From Medford, take Oregon Highway 140 east toward Klamath Falls, Oregon, for approximately 44 miles and then turn right onto Dead Indian Memorial Road. ; Sunset Campground will be located on the right side of the road.
