About this place

Located 40 minutes west of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Sunset Campground provides 64 camp sites and a camp host. These campsites include picnic tables, and fire rings. All 64 camp sites provide RV parking (although there are no hook-ups available) and two of the campsites are ADA accessible. There are three renovated restrooms, one for each loop, with electric flush toilets, running water, and automatic hand dryers. Nearby, the Lake of the Woods Resort offers dining options, boat rentals, and basic supplies. Sunset also has a day use area, tucked in next to the campground and ideal for boating. Besides its picnic tables, boat ramp, and boat trailer parking spaces, there is a compact, gravelly beach perfect for swimming. The day use area is a great spot for campers and non-camping friends to meet up for a day of water recreation on Lake of the Woods. Visitors can enjoy both motorized and non-motorized boating activities, fishing, bike riding, and swimming. Call 541-949-8300 or visit Lake of The Woods for more information.
