Tucked away in the Umpqua Valley, South Umpqua Falls Campground is an open meadow campground surrounded by timber. This campground features 19 campsites. Nearby popular recreation sites, include South Umpqua Falls Picnic Area, where you can see the South Umpqua River cascade 15 feet over a wide slab of bedroom, check out Chinook salmon, and spot bald eagles flying overhead.

No. South Umpqua Falls Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through fs.usda.gov.
From Canyonville, OR, turn off of southeast Main Street onto southeast 3rd Street / OR-227. Continue on OR-227 for approximately 23 miles until reaching the town of Tiller, OR. Turn left onto County Road 46 (South Umpqua Road 28) and continue for 20 miles. The campground is on the left hand side of the road.
