From Bozeman, head west on Main Street for six miles until you reach Four Corners. Turn left at the stop light and proceed 10 miles on Highway 191 until you reach Bear Creek Road #980 (there is log cabin where you turn left). During the winter, you will need to park off the road at the point where plowing has stopped. This could be up to a 10 mile ski or snowmobile trip. During the summer months and early fall, you can drive to within 300 feet of the cabin. The trip is a reasonable gentle one with no steep pitches. Proceed up Bear Creek Road until you reach the Wilson Fork. Turn right on Wilson Fork Road #3138 and proceed three miles until you reach the Little Bear Cabin sign. The cabin is approximately 300 feet from the sign.
No other services within 50 mi on the record.
