Soldier lake campground can be accessed from M-28 which leads to some of the best sight-seeing in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Campers will experience a remote, relaxing experience removed from highway noise. Access to the North Country Trail is just off the day use area.

From M-28 at Strongs Corner, continue east on M-28 for approx. 5 miles to the site entrance. From M-28 at Brimley Corner drive west on M-28 for 13 miles to the site entrance.
