From McCall, go 30 miles northeast on Lick Creek Road (Forest Road 48), then 7.5 miles south on the South Fork Road (Forest Road 674). Or you may access the campground via Warm Lake Road just north of Cascade and then north along the South Fork of the Salmon River road (Forest Roads 474/674).
