Lodgepole Campground is located four miles north of Jefferson off CR 35 and CR 37. It has 34 campsites with parking spurs 20-40 feet and a maximum trailer length of 30 feet. The elevation is 9,900 feet. Camping season begins in May and continues to early October with reduced service. Facilities include toilets, tables, water, trash, and fire rings.

From US Highway 285 at Jefferson, take County Road 35 north to County Road 37 and turn right. Pay the user fee at Jefferson Lake Recreation Area entrance station and continue on the road to the campground.

Max RV 30 feet; reservations must be made at least four days in advance; two night minimum on weekends; three night minimum stay on holidays. There are no hook-ups at this campground. No refunds for bad weather. Well water.
