No. West Point Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through fs.usda.gov.

How do I get to West Point Campground?

Located on northwest shore of the reservoir, 15 miles from Highway 50. From Highway 50 turn north on Ice House Road (Primary Forest Road 3.) Go 7 miles, turn le¿¿ on Peavine Ridge Road, go 3 miles west , make a right turn on Bryant Springs Road. Go 5 miles north to just past West Point Boat Ramp on the right.
