About this place

Nelson Point Campground can be used as either a single site family campground on an "as needed basis" by the Shasta Recreation Company, (Concessionaire to the Forest Service) OR as a group campground.. All campsites have picnic tables, grill or stove, fire rings, tent pads, bear boxes and paved parking spurs but no water is available.

How do I get to this site?

Located approximately one mile west of I-5 off the Salt Creek/Gilman Road, exit 698. Travel 1/2 mile off the Salt Creek Road on the Conflict Point Road to reach this facility.
