About this place

Escape from the city to the remote and beautiful McGill Campground. The campground, bursting with views of mountains and valleys, is an ideal base for several hiking trails. A dense stand of Jeffrey and Ponderosa Pines shade the campground and individual campsite are nicely spaced. The two group campsites within the campground can be reservered for larger groups.

Continue on this road up onto Mt Pinos to McGill Campground on the right. The total distance from Interstate 5 to campground is approximately **** miles. Group Camp I is near Campsite #75 and Group Camp II is just before Campsite #37..
