From I-5 in Weed, CA travel northwest on US Hwy 97 approx. 28 miles to Forest Service Road 70 ( 1 mile south of Mount Hebron summit), turn west approx. 11 miles to Forest Service Road 46N12. Turn left on 46N12 for 1.7 miles to the Horse campground.
