Just above Crystal Lake lies Little Jimmy trail camp provides a backcountry campground nestled just 2 miles off the Angeles Crest Highway. It features seven first-come, first-served sites with picnic tables, fire rings, vault/composting toilets, and vintage backcountry ovens.

How do I get to Little Jimmy Campground?
From Interstate 210 and CA-2 proceed 39.5 miles north on CA-2 to Islip Saddle Day Use Area on the left. From Islip Saddle Day Use Area access the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) on the south side of CA-2. Hike south east on PCT for 2.1 miles to Little Jimmy Trail Camp.
