True to its name, Hole-in-the-Ground is tucked away in a steep, tree-covered draw alongside Mill Creek. A developed campground with 13 designated sites, you can really escape it all at HITG! Campfire rings and tables are provided. Only shorter travel trailers recommended, as the road in is very rough at times.

No. Hole In The Ground Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through fs.usda.gov.
From Highway 172, take Forest Road 28N06 to access the campground.
