From the Town of Pinedale, Wyoming, head East on Highway 191 (East Pine Street) and make a left turn onto Fremont Lake Road, continue on this road for approximately 3 miles where the road transitions to Skyline Drive/Forest Service Road 370740 (FS-370740). Continue on FS-370740 Road for approximately 9.7 miles and turn right onto FS-370740B. Follow FS-370740B for 1.5 miles and Trails End Campground is just beyond Elkhart-Pole Creek Trailhead to the right. Approximate travel details from the Town of Pinedale: 14 miles, 24 minutes.
