Located off the Snowy Range Scenic Byway in the Libby Creek Recreation Area, this campground has been decomissioned. Fishing access to Libby Creek is available. It is managed by the Laramie Ranger District.

How do I get to Spruce Campground?

From Laramie, take WY 130 west to the Forest Boundary (near Centennial, WY), and then travel 1 mile west to the Libby Creek Recreation Area (on south side of Snowy Range Highway). Spruce CG is on the left, beyond Forest Road 351 (Barber Lake Road).
