Sitting Bull Campground is located off U.S. Highway 16, the Cloud Peak Skyway. It is situated in the treeline edge of an expansive mountain meadow. Meadowlark Lake is nearby and offers boating and fishing opportunities.

No. Sitting Bull Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through recreation.gov.
From Ten Sleep, WY, take Hwy 16 east for about 19.9 miles to Forest System Road (FSR) 432. Turn left and travel about 1 mile to campground.
14 day stay limit The campground offers several single-family sites each equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring with grill. Site 006 meets established accessibility standards. Accessible vault toilets, drinking water and trash collection are also provided.
