North Tongue Campground is located on the North Fork of the Tongue River about one mile north of Burgess Junction, where the Medicine Wheel Passage Scenic Byway and the Bighorn Scenic Byway come together. It's an excellent camping spot for fishing enthusiasts.

No. North Tongue Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through recreation.gov.
From Dayton, WY, take Hwy 14 west for about 27 miles to junction of Hwy 14A and go 0.4 miles onto Hwy 14A. Turn right onto Forest System Road (FSR) 15 for about 1.1 miles. The campground is on the left.
14 day stay limit The campground offers single-family sites each equipped with a picnic table and campfire ring with grill. Accessible vault toilets, drinking water and trash collection are provided.
