Aspen Glade Camping Area is located in the southern fringes of the Wind River Mountains along Limestone Mountain Road (FS 326), approximately 27 miles south of Lander, Wyoming. Aspen Glade Camping Area serves as a popular base camp to many people enjoying the intertiolly acclaimed climbing areas in the southern portion of the Forest, such as North Country, Wild Iris and Wolf Point. The camping area also serves people accessing the southern portion of the Forest's front country areas to hunt, fish, hike, and ride OHVs. Aspen Glade has a hardened parking area, a vault toilet, 7 camping sites with bear boxes, picnic tables, and fire rings, and ample parking. The area is not constructed to meet ABA standards. Food and bear attractants must be stored in accord with the Shoshone tiol Forest Food Storage Order. There is no cell service, and there is a 16-day stay limit.

From Lander, head east on US-287 S for 8.8 miles. Continue straight onto WY-28 W (US 191) for 15.1 miles, and turn right onto Limestone Mountain Road (FS Road 326), and proceed for about 3.2 miles. Aspen Glade Campground will be to the left.
