This is a small attractively wooded horse camp with a highline at each site. The interior road is narrow with very tight turns and lacks large vehicle turning radius. Campground and roads are gravel. The campground has access to several trails including Indian Heaven Wilderness via the Race Track Trail #171 across the road from the campground. A wilderness permit is required when entering Indian Heaven Wilderness. Wilderness permits are free and self-issued at the trailhead.

Yes. Falls Creek Horse Camp is free to use. It is managed by the USFS.
From Carson, WA follow Wind River Hwy (Forest Road 30) north for about 5 miles to Forest Road 65 (turn right onto Old State Road and take the 1st left onto Forest Road 65/Panther Creek Road). Continue to follow Forest Road 65 for about 13 miles to Falls Creek Horse Camp. The camp is located adjacent to Forest Road 65.
Wilderness regulations apply within Indian Heaven Wilderness.
