This is a rustic dispersed camping area with a single campsite and a shelter on site. Trailers not recommended. Really rough access road. The Pyramid Mountain Trailhead is located less than a mile down the road.

Yes. Big Hill Cabin Campsite is free to use. It is managed by the USFS. It is a dispersed area, so there are no hookups, no water and no trash service unless a report below says otherwise.
From Wenatchee, WA, travel north on US-97A (west side of Columbia River) for 14.4 miles to Entiat, WA. Just after the bridge turn left onto Entiat River Road (County Road #19) and continue for about 28.5 miles. Then turn right on Forest Road 5900 (Shady Pass Road) and stay on 5900 for about 8 miles. Turn left on Forest Spur Road 112 and travel about 3 miles to the end of road.
