This is a former Appalachian Trail Shelter which has been moved to the vicinity of North Creek Campground / Jennings Creek area. Walk ~200 yards behind a closed gate to access the camping area.

From I-81: Take exit 168 (Arcadia). Follow VA 614 (Jennings Creek Road) for 2.9 miles through Arcadia to FS 59 (North Creek Road). Turn left on FS 59. Travel approximately 2.3 miles. Turn left on FS 782. The shelter is behind a gate to your right.
