Yes. Wolf Creek Industrial Campground is free to use. It is managed by the USFS.
From Prineville: Take Post-Paulina (State Highway 380) southeast of Prineville for about 55 miles then turn left on to Izee Highway (County Road 112). Turn left onto Beaver Creek Road (County Road 113) and travel approximately 6 miles to Forest Service Road 42. Follow Forest Service Road 42 for 2 miles to the campground. Industrial is on the left, the main campground is on the right.
Trailer size limited to 20 feet. No horse camping is authorized at this facility. There is a 14 day stay limit on all National Grassland and US Forest Service land including but not limited to campgrounds and other developed facilities.
