The Willow Creek Campground offers secluded tent and trailer sites in a large ponderosa pine and aspen stand. The campsites are located on the banks of Willow Creek and offers picnic tables, fire rings, and a two vault toilets. The campground is located roughly an hour southeast of Lakeview, Oregon. Visitors need to pack plenty of water as there is no potable water onsite.

Willow Creek Campground is located one hour and 5 minutes southeast of Lakeview, Oregon. From the Lakeview Interagency Office take US 395N, towards Paisley approximately 6.3 miles to Highway 140E/Warner Highway. Turn right, go approximately 8.0 miles to Forest Road-3615. Turn right, go approximately 0.7 miles to Old Highway 140. Turn right, go approximately 1.3 miles to Forest Road 3915. Turn left, go approximately 10 miles to Forest Road 4011. Turn right, go approximately 0.8 miles to Forest Road 4011-011. Turn right, go approximately 0.1 miles to Forest Road 4011-119. Turn right into the campground.
