Boca Spring Campground is located approximately one-mile east of Boca Reservoir, 20 minutes from Truckee, California. Visitors enjoy the area for its boating, swimming, fishing and abundant trail opportunities. This facility is operated and maintained by the Tahoe National Forest.

No. Boca Springs Campground charges a fee. It is managed by the USFS. Sites are reservable through recreation.gov.
Directions from Truckee: Travel east on I-80 for approximately 6 miles. Take Hirschdale exit. Turn left onto County Route #894. Travel approximately 2.5 miles north and when you reach Boca Rest campground,turn right onto the dirt road (Forest Route #72). Travel approximately 0.75 mile staying to the left and you will arrive at Boca Springs campground.
Camping and campfires prohibited outside designated campground. Access to designated OHV routes from campground. Respect other campers. OHV ingress and egress only.
