Skillman Campground is open to all users including equestrian, mountain bikers and OHV. It is located along Hwy 20. Some camp sites have corrals, hitching posts, and horse troughs. Immediately adjacent to the campground is the Pioneer Trail used by hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians. The Burlington OHV trail system is close by. Skillman Campground is available for both RV and tent camping (however, there are NO RV hookups or amenities, size restrictions on RV may apply).

How do I get to Skillman Campground?
From Nevada City: Drive 14 miles east on Hwy 20 toward Truckee. Turn right into Skillman and make a left at the first road to reach the campground. From I-80: Take Hwy 20 exit and drive 12 miles west toward Nevada City. Turn left into Skillman, make a left at the first road to reach the campground.
