About this place

Red Bridge Campground is located along the Middle Fork of the Feather River, the only federally designated Wild and Scenic River on the forest. The sites are set up on both sides of the river. Primary actvities are swimming and picnicking, with hiking available a short drive away. It is one of two free campgrounds on the Mt. Hough Ranger District. No reservations are needed, all sites are first come - first serve. There are 5 sites and 2 vault toilets. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. There is no potable water.
