This campground sits at 7,600 feet elevation. It is nearby to Big Meadow Creek, Buck Rock Lookout, and trails into Jennie Lakes wilderness. At Hume Lake, approximately 15 miles away, visitors enjoy swimming, non-motorized boating, fishing and hiking. The trails in the district are open to hikers, horses and bikes (however, bikes are not permitted in wilderness areas).Facilities: This campground has a picnic table and campfire ring at each site. This is bear country and proper food storage is required. There is also no trash services, so pack it in pack it out. Leave no trace principals apply. Standard amenity fee is collected as part of an interagency agreement with the National Park Service.
